## Summary

The Humber Learning Consortium is inviting tenders for the "This Ability - 'World of Work' Employability Passport" project, which aims to support unemployed or inactive young adults aged 18 to 29 with disabilities in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire. The tender, classified under education and training services, is currently in the tender stage and will close for applications at 15:00 on 15th March 2019. The successful tenderer(s) will deliver a formal training programme within specified occupational sectors, targeting a total of 500 participants over a contract period running from 6th May 2019 to 30th April 2022, with a total budget of £1,200,000 available for the initiative.

This procurement presents a valuable opportunity for businesses specialising in training and employability services, particularly those experienced in working with young people and individuals with disabilities. Companies that can provide tailored employability passports across various occupational areas will be well-positioned to compete for this project. The tender also favours small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs), making it an attractive opportunity for organisations looking to expand their service offerings in the education and training sector.
