To ensure that highway verges and visibility splays are maintained to ensure lines of sight on junctions and within the district to ensure road safety. The contract is being let as two lots: Lot 1 North and Lot 2 South. Suppliers may bid for one or both lots. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology detailed in the Process Overview Part One document. The initial contract period is 18 months; the contract is estimated to commence 12 May 2025 and expire 31 October 2026. There will be an option to extend the contract for two years until 31 October 2028 and then again for an additional year until 31 October 2029. Both contract extensions are subject to satisfactory performance and business needs.
