(This list may be subject to change as new sites are added or old sites removed, please note: no penalties will be paid for this). The costs of all travel to and from site and collection of keys (from B69 3ES) for access (where relevant) shall be inclusive in the rates submitted in the pricing schedule. The maintenance and repair service shall cover Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (not including bank holidays). Provisions should be made to be able to respond to emergency calls within a 4-hour time period. The Contractor will be required to submit a quotation to the Premise Manager for any remedial works required.
