Description of the modifications Administrative error present on the original pricing document whereby 6 monthly servicing was not accounted for twice annually. Taking this into adjustment to the pricing schedule into consideration, WEC Alarms still provided the best price/quaility score following re-evaluation, however an increase in the contract award value was required. Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: Administrative error present on the original pricing document whereby 6 monthly servicing was not accounted for twice annually.
