This is contained across 5 specific Work Strands: - Work Strand 1: Engagement with private sector employers; - Work Strand 2: Engagement with Central Government Departments and relevant Arm's Length Bodies; - Work Strand 3: Engagement with wider public sector employers, including local government, LSIPs, the NHS and emergency services; - Work Strand 4: Produce relevant support and guidance materials, tailored for different employers of different sizes and sectors; and - Work Strand 5: Provide intelligence reporting to the Department on patterns of employment and on work and training in the workplace.
