Scope of Contract is as follows: * Refurbishment of various internal areas involving redecoration, flooring, carpentry, minor alterations to structure, minor electrical and mechanical alterations * Construction of new entrance * External works to include paving, fencing and gates with access control * Duration 18 weeks commencing 1 May 2017 The following drawings are also provided for information: * XX-XX-A-G(9-)01 * Z2-00-A-E(0-)01 * Z2-00-A-G(04)01 * Z2-00-A-G(04)02 * Z2-00-A-G(04)03 The tender documents will include pricing schedule, drawings and specifications. Expressions of interest are sought from applicants who meet the following pass/fail criteria * Constructionline registered companies only * Constructionline contracted minimum value of PS200,000 * Constructionline registered for Building General/Building Refurbishment over 15K categories * Membership of recognised SSIP scheme * Public Liability Insurance level of PS5 million * Employers Liability Insurance level of PS10 million * Asbestos awareness certified * Details of any Prohibitions/Improvement notices * Details of any RIDDOR referrals Please provide details of two recently completed projects involving internal refurbishment in an occupied primary school. The required number of tenderers for the contract will be restricted to six. All applicants should provide their Constructionline registration number. All applications will be checked to ensure they meet the above criteria. Should more than six suitable applications be received, the Council will select a random choice to be issued a tender document. Should fewer than six applications be received the Council will pick a random selection from the Constructionline database to fulfil tendering requirements.
