## Summary

The University of East London is currently conducting a public procurement process for the Stamford Campus Accommodation Design, Built, Finance and Operate Project. This initiative falls under the construction industry category, with a total estimated project value of £35,000,000. The tender period is set to close on 24th June 2022, and the contract is expected to commence on 1st February 2023, lasting until 1st October 2025. The procurement method being employed is a selective one through competitive dialogue, allowing shortlisted private sector partners to collaborate closely with the university to fulfil its detailed requirements for the redevelopment project, located in East London.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses engaged in construction, project management, and financial services, particularly those that specialise in comprehensive design and operational solutions. Companies with expertise in large-scale redevelopment projects, as well as those capable of providing building and facilities management services, will be particularly well-placed to compete. The requirement for a partner who can navigate complex financing structures and ensure that the facility meets long-term operational needs while remaining financially sustainable makes this a compelling prospect for the right bidders.
