Subject to the scheme receiving a Second Round Heritage Lottery Fund award together with securing wider partnership funding and the performance of the Consultant during the development stage, the Consultant shall be retained for the delivery stage. In summary, the scheme includes the internal remodelling/ refurbishment of the Listed Old Gaol building together with the modification of the existing extension to form a two storey structure that will incorporate a new passenger lift to provide access to upper floor of the Old Goal. A contract for the Exhibition Fit-out of the Old Gaol will be managed by the separately appointed Exhibition Designer.
