## Notice

Warrington Borough Council (the 'Council') would like to invite tenders from suitable experienced independent organisations that are able to offer the Council base premises and provide expert eligibility assessments for Blue Badges and Disabled Bus Passes. Warrington Borough Council will procure the services of a Provider which will provide independent expert assessors to ensure applications requiring assessment are done without bias and with a suitably qualified assessor(s). The Council will appoint the most economical advantageous tenderer (MEAT) as the Council's service provider.
