## Notice

The Authority wishes to seek bids for a Registrars booking and ceremony management system.. The Authority requires a solution that allows the management and administration of appointments for the registration of births, deaths and marriages. Further information is contained within Section 2: The Specification. The Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, up to 28/02/2021. With an initial option to extend for a further 3 years up to 28/02/2024, with the option to extend for a further period of 2 years, up to 28/02/2026.
