The estimated Contract period will be for 24 Weeks. Scope of WORKS, Pricing & Specification The scope of works for this project includes but not limited to the: Complete design, Construction, Installation, Commissioning and completion of new build reception and internal alterations to the remaining school. The works include all services and connections, and are to be completed in Phases as detailed within the document For detailed information about the description of scope of works, specification and pricing please refer to Specification & Scope of Works document and Price List document respectively. Contractual Arrangements The form of contract used will be the JCT Design and Build Contract (DB), 2011 Edition, incorporating Amendment 1, March 2015.
