## Notice

The purpose of this provision is to eradicate any existing mould in the house as well as mitigating any future mould that may occur. Over the last 12 months the Council has installed circa 50 PIV Units into Council owned properties; CBC requires the installation and servicing of these units. A similar number of extractor fans are required for supply and installation only, the servicing of the fans will be carried out internally by CBC employees.
