The Provider shall deliver services to satisfy the following outcomes: Children and young people are supported to access services at the point of need and are protected from harm, isolation, bullying and social exclusion. Fewer children and young people require statutory intervention. children and young people supported to develop skills and knowledge to improve their life chances. Parents / carers supported to understand child development and develop confidence in their parenting. Families have positive, successful relationships within the family unit and community. Children and young people supported to have improved behaviour, self-esteem, health and well-being. To achieve this, the Provider shall deliver: A peer-to-peer family help model that delivers home based support and practical help to families who are experiencing difficulties.
