Babcock is a leading provider of critical, complex engineering services which support national defence, save lives and protect communities. In May 2014, the London Fire Brigade ("LFB") entered into a 21 year contract (the "Prime Contract") for Babcock to manage and maintain LFB's fleet and operational vehicles and equipment. The procurement of these assets is being carried out pursuant to this Prime Contract. Details regarding the evaluation process can be found on page 4 of the RFQ document attached. We require completion of the RFQ document, Pricing Template and Technical specification. Babcock is a leading provider of critical, complex engineering services which support national defence, save lives and protect communities. The LFB provide firefighting, rescue and certain emergency planning services for the Greater London area. The LFB is the busiest Brigade in the United Kingdom and one of the largest firefighting and rescue organisations in the world. Its mission is to make London a safer city and their vision is to be a world class fire and rescue service for London, its citizens and visitors.
