## Summary

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is currently conducting a tender for the Integrated Victims and Witnesses Service, aimed at providing comprehensive support for victims of crime and witnesses across London. This procurement process is at the tender stage, with submissions due by 3rd December 2018. The service will operate pan-London, with a total contract value of £17,500,000, and will commence from 1st April 2019, concluding on 31st March 2021. MOPAC seeks bidders who demonstrate experience in delivering similar services within the community, social and personal services sector, classified under the CPV code 98000000, and the tender is being executed using an open procedure method.

This opportunity presents significant potential for business growth, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that specialise in social services, victim support, or legal assistance. Companies that have previously provided support to vulnerable individuals or have experience in delivering integrated social services will find this tender particularly suited to their capabilities. Engaging in this tender could enhance their visibility and reputation while allowing them to contribute to important community services in London.
