It should clearly identify the risks posed by EV fires in enclosed or open-sided car parks, and any gaps in current research and guidance. The guidance document should detail the potential mitigations and measures that can be taken when allowing EVs to park and/or charge in and installing EV chargepoints in enclosed or open-sided car parks.
