## Notice

Aims and objectives of Service include: * To ensure effective monitoring and oversight of CHC domiciliary care against Caretrack system data. * Enable the CCGs to achieve and meet its fiduciary duties by paying for actual care supplied rather than commissioned care. * Support the CCGs in achieving budget balance by successful delivery of QIPP * Identify and provide feedback on the views of patients and their Next of Kin (NOK)/Representative on their experience of the quality of care they receive. * Review, monitor and validate supplier invoices and follow up queries to ensure the CCG is only invoiced for CHC domiciliary care delivered.
