Service Commencement will be phased over an initial 6-to-12-month period to establish a regular pattern of programmed scheduled activities. The successful Tenderer will be expected to liaise, cooperate and contribute to the design and establishment of a cost effective and efficient programme to deliver the requirements of the Service. Scope of the Services The Services required include: * Emptying and disposal of effluent from cesspits and cesspool tanks. * Removal and disposal of oil, solids and contaminated water from interceptors and sumps. * Removal and disposal of silt from catch pits and channels. * Removal and disposal of silt from, and cleansing of, yard and road gullies. * Servicing interceptor tank oil coalescers. * Unblocking and jetting drains.
