## Summary

The Birmingham City Council has initiated a tender process for services titled "Support and advice services for multiple disadvantaged vulnerable adults" under the Light Touch Regime. The procurement seeks to address the needs of disadvantaged vulnerable adults, including those with substance misuse, poor mental health, history of homelessness, offending, and exclusion from mainstream services. The contract duration varies across different client groups, with potential extensions based on performance, and the e-tendering system will be utilised for the procurement process. The tender period ends on 26th June 2024, with a contract period spanning from 1st December 2024 to 1st December 2029.

This tender by Birmingham City Council presents an opportunity for businesses providing social work, health, accommodation, and community services to cater to the needs of multiple disadvantaged vulnerable adults in West Midlands, UK. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations are encouraged to participate. Businesses with expertise in supporting young people, older adults, victims of domestic abuse, and offenders are well-suited to compete in this tender process, contributing to the welfare of society and potentially expanding their service offerings within the region.
