It will be administered by Creative PEC with support from CoSTAR Foresight Lab, and the accompanying Technical Requirement provides detailed information regarding the nature and scope of the proposed work. The intention is that the successful bidder will develop an underpinning questionnaire in June 2024, cognitively test and pilot an associated quantitative survey in July 2024, and launch the first wave of the main stage survey in September 2024.
