## Notice

Background Following a review of its support to voluntary organisations, the Council is supporting the provision of infrastructure support for voluntary, community and faith sector organisations (VCFS) within the Borough through the provision of a Grant. The Grant will commence from 1 April 2020 for a maximum 3 year period, subject to annual budget processes and satisfactory progress in meeting the outcomes and the indicative measures by the successful Bidder. Outcomes Infrastructure support has been identified as an area of critical need in order to help secure the future capacity of the sector to deliver services in the Borough. The Council's investment is expected to help to deliver the following outcomes:- * The resilience of the VCFS in the Borough is improved * VCFS organisations in the Borough working together to deliver services and share costs and resources * Volunteer recruitment, placement and retention * To engage with and promote the West Lancashire employability, health and wellbeing programmes.
