The 2-year contract with the option to extend seeks to target populations in deprived areas with a minimum expected take up of 2,500 residents annually. The estimated annual value of the contract is £70,000. Interested organisations can submit responses to specified questions by 30th November 2023 in order to engage in this planning stage opportunity in the Guidance services industry in the East Midlands region, United Kingdom. The tailored service should meet the specified requirements and be submitted by the deadline to be considered for the opportunity. ## Notice West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) is a new Unitary authority that came into existence on Thursday, 1st April 2021 following the Northamptonshire Structural Changes Order 2019. This engagement aims to inform the market of a potential opportunity and gather feedback regarding the requirement stated below: WNC is seeking to appoint an organisation to provide a digital weight management offer that meets the NICE guidance and targets our obese population with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or over (or a BMI of 27.5 in the case of ethnic minority population). The contract term would be 2 years with the option to extend the contract for a further year twice (2 additional years in total). The Council is seeking to target those populations that don't traditional access weight management services such as those living in the top 50% most deprived areas men, ethnic minorities amongst others. The digital offer should be available via both a website and in application (app) form on IOS and Android. Currently the Council is expecting a minimum take up of this service of 2,500 residents per annum. An estimated annual value of PS70,000 has been identified. Please note that this is an estimate and may change. The Council is seeking to engage interested organisations in answering the following questions: 1.
