## Notice

Cambridge City Council are looking for a supplier to replace all chairs within Cambridge Corn Exchange. This includes chairs on the Flat Floor Mezzanine, Balcony, Boxes and the Tiered Seating but not replacing the bleacher mechanism that the tiered seating is fixed to. The new chairs must adapt into our current storage system as space is limited for new storage areas. We would also like to explore the idea of obtaining new carpets for the mezzanine and balcony staircases. Chairs need to be hardwearing for professional use and work for multiple configurations. To express an interest in the project please provide a case study of previous experience including but not limited to * Venue size * Seat style * Seat numbers * Timeframes Seat Numbers - Seated up to 1470 including guests, holds and spares Flat Floor: 688 Tiered: 228 Mezzanine: 44 Balcony: 490 Boxes: 20 Please provide a response via the messaging function on Proactis no later than Monday 21st August 2023 at 12:00 (noon)
