## Notice

The service will need to work closely with local partner organisations to ensure a coordinated multi-agency response for this complex patient group. This notice intends to identify suppliers who may be interested, expressing an interest for this service. The CCGs are initially asking for organisations to register their Expressions of Interest only at this stage by email to Elizabeth.johnson1@nhs.net by Friday 11th May 2018 This will not be advertised in OJEU as is below the required threshold.
