## Notice

Lot 3: This is a composite lot which is provided to allow bidders, should they wish, to make an improved offer for the whole contract. The contract shall supply the bar at the Oak Leaf Sports Complex, Newton Aycliffe. The bar at this premises is open 7 days a week.
