NHS Kernow wishes to commission one universal NHS Funded non-emergency patient transport service across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. In order to ensure the needs of patients are met by: * improving the quality and value for money of services * introducing a single point of access for all types of non-emergency patient transport; and * ensuring patients access the right type of transport for their needs. The universal NHS funded non-emergency patient transport includes the following elements: * Centralised Booking Service * Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (mainland) * Car Services * Qualified Crew Ambulance Services * Isles of Scilly Travel Service * Specialist Mental Health Transport
