Objective 3: To assess how our global MCHSS investments enhance broader health system strengthening efforts, including capacity building, at a country level. Objective 4: To make recommendations to inform ongoing and future DFID HSS investments specifically aimed at (a) bringing cohesion between multiple donor and domestic investments on HSS and (b) supporting greatest impact and sustainability.
