## Summary

The procurement process pertains to the "Safe Regeneration Framework" conducted by Safe Regeneration Ltd, acting through its agent, Rise Construction Framework Ltd. This initiative falls within the construction industry and focuses on delivering services across multiple regions, including the North West of England and parts of Wales. The tender is currently in the active stage and was officially published on 12th November 2021, with the proposal submission deadline set for 7th January 2022. The contract is expected to commence on 25th March 2022 and run until 24th March 2026. The procurement method used is an open procedure, allowing a wide range of bidders to participate.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for construction businesses, particularly those that are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to engage in projects that offer social value and community impact. Companies involved in construction, social housing, and community services are especially well-suited to compete for contracts under this framework. By participating, businesses can not only expand their client base across various public-sector bodies but also contribute to enhancing community welfare and development in the regions served by the framework.
