To date a formal shortlisting exercise has been undertaken in which 5 options have been identified, and good progress has been made on the drafting of the relevant text. However commensurate progress has not been made on the development of a financial model to underpin the OBC. Work had commenced on this but was not progressing satisfactorily and has now been suspended.
