The Buyer's requirements form two elements. Element 1 incudes services Management Agent services required throughout the Contract in respect of The Arcade, Bognor Regis. Element 2 includes various services as listed in Section 3 - Specification of this document, identified as 'per instruction' in the two right-hand columns of the tables in Section 3. The successful tenderer (the Supplier) will be expected to provide services typical of management agents, for the site including (but not limited to) lease and tenant management, rent accounting, service charge accounting, and management of necessary service contracts all in accordance with the below schedule and Schedule 1 of Appendix 5 - Terms of Contract. These form the Mandatory Services listed below in Section 1 - Fundamental Service Requirements and Section 2 - General Service Requirements.
