The services will offer support to special guardianship families in the London Borough of Hackney, Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington, who are all part of the NLFPC. London Borough of Hackney will seek to commission providers to support special guardianship support services through 2 separate Lots. Lot 1 - Special Guardianship Support Services to special guardians, children & young people Lot 2 - Counselling Services to Special Guardians & Birth Parents By dividing the service into 2 Lots providers can submit a tender for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots. A provider does not have to bid for both Lots. It is intended that the contract will be for 2 years, with an option to extend for up to two further years, commencing from 1st January 2024. The Council will be carrying out an Open Tender process for the procurement.
