## Summary

The Home Office is currently managing the tender process for the "CSA Victims/Survivors Fund 2019/20," aimed at offering grant funding to support victims and survivors of child sexual abuse across England and Wales. This initiative falls within the "Other services" industry category and has a tender period ending on 28 March 2019. The contract is scheduled to begin on 1 April 2019 and continue until 31 March 2020. Interested organisations must operate across a significant geographical area, covering at least three Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) areas, and all proposals must demonstrate the ability to utilise the entire funding by the end of the financial year. The procurement will be conducted using the Crown Commercial Services eSourcing portal.

This tender presents valuable opportunities for non-statutory sector organisations, especially those engaged in support services for victims of child sexual abuse. Businesses that are well-suited to compete include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary and community sector enterprises (VCSEs) with the capacity to operate across extensive regions. The expectation for grant applications to be scalable allows for a variety of organisations to contribute effectively, promoting diversity in funding allocation. This is an excellent chance for eligible entities to enhance their service offerings and contribute to an essential societal cause.

## Notice

Grant funding to provide support to recent and non-recent victims and survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA). Additional information: DescriptionThe Home Office is seeking to award grant funding to non-statutory sector organisations in England and Wales working nationally to provide support to recent and non-recent victims and survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA).The Ministry of Justice provides funding to voluntary sector organisations supporting victims of CSA through a combination of national commissioning of rape support services and through ?4.7m provided to Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) to commission support for victims of CSA victims and survivors based on local need. The Ministry of Justice also allocates funding to the Home Office to support national organisations who would have difficulty applying to a single PCC for funding - the Support for Victims and Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse Fund (SVSCSA). All bids to the SVSCSA must be for one year only, and bidders must be able to demonstrate the ability to spend their entire potential award by the end of the 2019/20 financial year. Organisations wishing to apply must operate over a large geographic area, which must, as a minimum, be 3 PCC areas. While there will not be a formal cap placed on the amount an organisation can bid for, we expect all bids to be scalable. To ensure diversity of funding, please be aware that we may scale back top scoring bids in line with the scalability details provided. More details about scalability will be made available in the published documents. The process leading to the award of the grant will be administered using Crown Commercial Services eSourcing portal.
