Review of WMCAs Social Value Policy: a) Assessment and understanding of WMCAs single policy and compare this against best practice, latest insight, and expert knowledge to identify any gaps that need addressing. 3. Review of WMCAs Social Value Portal use: a) Complete review of how the Portal has been used by Procurement to date and guidance on whether better models/options exist for our future requirements.
