The key focus is to produce a pre-Covid baseline, although estimates for changes and future impacts should also be included where relevant. We are looking for a consultant, organisation or consortium with deep understanding of and connectivity with the cultural sector in the West Midlands, as well as the skills, knowledge and ability to deliver the required outcomes.
