## Notice

Stonewater is looking to award a contract for the provision of PR and Media Monitoring services. To include the following: * Creation of a PR strategy and programme which takes a multi-channel, integrated approach utilising both traditional and new forms of media and engagement * Develop public relations themes, strategies, plans and tactics to deliver relevant and effective campaigns * Support Stonewater with key message definition and articulation * Generate, manage and distribute media releases, within a clearly defined approval process * Arrange photography at events, where relevant, and provide images to accompany media releases * Support Stonewater with videography and infographics where relevant * Proactively identify and pursue potential PR opportunities which may not be on our immediate radar, taking advantage of emerging trends and topical issues * Liaise with sector contacts to build relationships on Stonewater's behalf and also identify potential cross-over with more generalist media contacts to expand our reach * Support Stonewater in building a reputation as a thought leader in the sector, with influence on national and local agendas * Provide a media monitoring and evaluation service, including press cuttings and monthly reporting (licensing costs to be invoiced separately) * Be present at events (where requested) to manage media contacts * Provide a responsive crisis management service, where required
