The supplier shall be required to carry out the LOLER inspections to, and provide the accompanying reports on, all Midland Heart lifting equipment which shall include but not be limited to: o Passenger lifts o Platform lifts o Through the floor lifts o Stair lifts within the specified timescales in accordance with the Key Performance Indicator Handbook at Schedule 3. The tenderer shall deliver the service to all property assets identified in Schedule 2. The majority of the properties/properties are located throughout the greater Midlands area.
