Summary of the Requirement: Refurbishment and making good of the highlighted areas within One Leisure, St.Neots, generally comprising of:- * Isolation and making safe of mechanical, plumbing and electrical services * Stripping back, making good and preparing all surfaces. * Installation of new door sets and ironmongery * Design and installation of new M&E services with modern low energy consumption equivalent. * Re-lining of swimming pool by Clients Preferred Contractor. * Re-commissioning of all building services * Sparkle clean of surfaces ready for immediate use.
