Evaluation of the SSPP Challenge is split into four phases. UKRI plans to hold the supplier engagement event before launching the invitation to tender. * Phase 1 lays the groundwork for the evaluation, namely (a) the evaluation framework and (b) the baseline study. * Phase 2 involves evaluation at the mid-point of the Programme. As such it will run from the end of Phase 1. * Phase 3 will comprise a final evaluation, which will build on the Phase 2 work, and be undertaken as the Challenge closes. * Phase 4 will be a longer-term continuation of the evaluation, beyond the end of the Programme. This planned tender covers Phase 2 of the evaluation only. Phase 1 has already been completed and Phases 3 and 4 will be commissioned separately. The route to market for the tender will be via RM6018 Crown Commercial Services, Research Marketplace DPS.
