We expect specialists to work with the priority groups listed across a range of education providers (e.g. Secondary Schools) from Year 9 up to the day prior to the young person's 18th birthday (and up to 25 for those with an Education, Health and Care Plan) to prepare them for adulthood. There are four core aims that the commissioned service provider will be expected to deliver as part of this contract.
