There is no restriction on bidding for and winning lots, one contractor could win both lots. There are two lots associated within this procurement opportunity. Lot 1 - This lot is to provide various asbestos survey and associated services as detailed and as required periodically by the members of CHP: Castles and Coasts Housing Association Eden Housing Association South Lakes Housing Impact Housing Association These are ad-hoc surveys to be called off as they are required during the term. Lot 2 - This lot is for 2,655 Planned Management and Planned Management with Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys to be carried out in 2019 and 2020 at a time of the choosing of the contractor in accordance with the requirements of South Lakes Housing.
