The Buildings and the perimeter wall are Grade II Listed) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please note that there are site visits arranged for Monday 25 October 2021 at 10:00 please meet on site. Please use the messaging facility to confirm attendance.
