## Notice

This Expression of Interest is being issued in line with the "Procurement Policy Note - Reserving Below Threshold Procurements". As such, only providers who meet the following criteria will be invited to bid for the contract: - Supplier Location (Bristol, BS1 - BS16) - Where the supplier is based or established in a particular location and has substantive business operations in that location. In this context, this means having a registered office, factory or other permanent base in the BS1 - BS16 postcodes from which meaningful business operations have been conducted for at least 12 months. and - For Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) / Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) Further information can be found in the Expression of Interest document.
