The Service Provider must be experienced in working with vulnerable 16 - 19 year olds; be skilled at dealing with challenging behaviors and knowledgeable of the issues that may affect individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. The provision should take place over a minimum of 2 days for a period of between 2 - 6 weeks dependening on the needs of the particpants .
