## Notice

The Council are seeking a Lone Worker Monitoring solution and related products to provide a standard solution across all business areas. As a minimum, the potential supplier will offer the following: * A discreet wearable device. * An app. * An Alarm Response Centre for handling and escalating alerts. * A platform/system for managing staff profiles/accounts/devices and reporting. This event is free of charge. No expenses will be paid by the Council for your attendance. Event Date: Monday 9 October 2017 Location: Newcastle Civic Centre 1 hour presentations will be scheduled which may include a system demonstration from providers with a confirmed agenda to follow. There is a limit to 6 x slots in total that will be filled on a first come first service basis. How to Register: Please contact Aaron Rush, Commissioning and Procurement Officer at Newcastle City Council using one of the following methods: Please email Aaron Rush to confirm your attendance (aaron.rush@newcastle.gov.uk). You will be given a timeslot to attend the event when your registration has been received. The closing date for requests is Friday 6 October. This PIN does not formally signify the beginning of a procurement process and does not constitute commitment to undertake a procurement exercise.
