## Notice

The provision of (or access to) effective, safe, efficient CHC to the entitled and eligible population. Additionally, the provision of fully integrated and managed SW service structured to replicate the statutory services normally provided in the UK by a local authority. UK legislation (such as the Children Act 1989 and the Children Act 2004) does not apply outside the UK, however BFC is mandated to replicate the spirit of UK legislation, where it is practicable to do so.
