The transport of collected materials to various destinations to enable its processing or disposal. 3. A "Bring Site" for recyclable materials. 4. Reception and storage areas for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Post-Consumer Batteries. 5. The Windmill Warehouse, operated by the Authority's partner, Groundwork, acts as a catalyst for environmental, recycled and reclaimed products and information about the environment. The Authority requires a Service that will primarily assist with the first and second aspects set out above, but which will also contribute to the successful and efficient operation of the others.
