This competitive exercise will be conducted entirely via ProContract in order for the Trust to capture an accurate record of the activity, communication, and questions relating to this exercise. All bidder questions, comments, points of clarification must be raised via the messaging function within Procontract. The completed RFQ must be uploaded into the secure eTendering Portal. Closing date and time 15 June 2018 at 12noon using the login details previously issued to you when obtaining this exercise.
