The potential for future purchases and a five-year maintenance contract, extendable by an additional three years, makes this tender especially appealing for SMEs in the relevant market. ## Notice The Agency have a number of microbiological safety cabinets that we need to be able to decontaminated using a H2O2 system. The H2O2 decontamination system must be capable of achieving a minimum 6-log bioburden reduction in a clean, dry, sealed Class II Type A2 biological safety cabinet. The cabinets are Aria Tech48 Class 2 Biological Safety Cabinets and we have 3 of them. The H2O2 system must be able to connect to the Safety cabinets via a Cam- lock. At this point we only require 1 unit but may wish to purchase another in time. We also require a maintenance contract for the following 5 years with a possible further 3 year extension of that contract. If you can provide a system that meets these requirements, please email to Nawaz Habib (nawaz.habib@nibsc.org) to register an interest. Please also indicate a list price range for the system(s) that you think will meet the specifications. This information will ONLY be used to seek fund approval and will not be associated to a particular supplier. We will only use the ranges given. If no submissions (by close of play 09/08/2019) of potential interest are received, it is then intended to perform a direct award without competition to the supplier we believe can provide these specifications. At this time we would seek a formal quotation from the supplier to include any discounts, maintenance and/or any bespoke consumables (if applicable).
