The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following; * Modification of second bedroom to create French doors to garden. * Internal improvements within the existing property to include new kitchen. * Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations. * Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. * External works to provide additional parking, enlarged patio area, and roof refurbishment works
