The aim of this study is an international rapid evidence review of how the domestic energy efficiency retrofit supply chain operates in other countries with the aim of identifying the factors leading to a successful retrofit supply chain and whether they are replicable in the UK market. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document. How to Apply As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS will be using the CCS eSourcing Suite for this procurement.
